Here is an idea...don't take that pic in the first place!

So let's go over the sequence of events.

Wife takes nude photos of self. On a phone.

Forwards them. Electronically. 

Husband leaves phone in fast-food restaurant.

Spouses think nothing bad will happen here.

Idiots.

If they win their law-suit, I think we should all sue them for teaching our kids that engaging in stupid, reckless, risky behavior and then getting "embarrassed" about it means they should sue someone else. Stupidity should not be rewarded. And others should not be blamed.

When you make and distribute electronically things that you do not want random strangers to see, you are just fooling yourself into thinking they aren't seeing them.
