Which begs the question...what is it for?

There are some signs that boggle the mind.

Such as the one on the trail Mr. Riot Kitty and I ride fairly frequently. "Play structures are for children 5 - 12 years".

It makes it sound like a prison sentence..."And for the crime of being young and energetic, I sentence you to the playground for a period of not less than five years nor more than twelve. Your work periods will be spent on the monkey bars."

But that one is positively dreamy compared to the sign found in Cook Park.

"Waterless urinals."

Uh...yeah. Excuse me for interrupting, sign on wall...but if it is waterless, how exactly am I expected to urinate?
