There are some songs that...well...

I must admit there are certain songs that I never saw the appeal of. Some of them hit it really big, too. Like, have you ever seen the point of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight"? It was not a great protest song. It did not tap into the zeitgeist of the moment, it could hardly be said to be the voice of the volk...and it did not sound particularly good.

Certainly not good enough to spend time thinking about.

Or talking about.

Or writing about.

But training animals to sing it...well, that is a different story. That would be totally worth it!
