Mrs. Chen is a victim but she feels like a winner. She was at the bank when she was robbed. Now, normally, this would not be a cause for celebration. After all, money is hard to come by for Mrs. Chen. On the bright side, the newspaper the robbers ripped from her did not contain money. Actually, it was a little present her dog had left which she conscientiously cleaned up moments before a guy roared by on a motorcycle and robbed her of it. One can only assume when he got home with his ill-gotten gains, opened the package and saw the poop he could only say, "Oh, Crap!"
