As Halloween costumes go, this one stunk

Halloween brings around some really lame costumes. And cheesy ones. And stupid ones. And many come with masks. Banks usually will not allow patrons to wear masks in the bank. That is so if some idiot disguises themself as a tree and tries to rob the local bank their face will still be on camera...
