One of those classic bits of "advice" mothers are reputed to use is something along the lines of "the world is a dangerous place but you still have to go out there. You can still die in bed."
For those of you who qeustioned this and thought you would be safer just staying in bed all the time...well, no, not really. You never know when someone will just drive their jeep through your wall and park on your bed...
