Many, many people have uttered that statement. Drunks, drugged out alcoholics, sex a holics, guys who stole NINETY-THREE POUNDS of bras and panties...


Now, it is obvious the dude has a fetish (and one would assume no girlfriend, an issue it will be slightly more difficulty to resolve when he tries to explain how this got on his record...).

It is also safe to assume he did not know when to say when...how many can he sniff in an evening? Or was he playing dress up? Obviously he would need a variety at that point...
