Things to do this week # 7:Crack Break during Escape

First on the list: Steal car.
Second: Steal credit cards.
Third: Purchase gas for stolen car with stolen credit cards.
Fourth: Attempt to escape from cops.
Five: Take multiple breaks during escape attempt to smoke crack.

I guess the real question here is this: How competent can the cops be if a guy on foot can take breaks to smoke crack more than once before they catch him?
