After throwing her to the floor, Fordyce threw a microwave oven onto McCann's chest after she refused to heat up sandwiches for him, he told police. Fordyce also said he stomped on McCann's chest repeatedly then banged her head on the floor until she lost consciousness but that he also said he didn't mean to kill her, police said.
"It was an accident. I didn't do it on purpose," police quoted Fordyce as saying.

Accident? What, he tried to beat her within an inch of her life but instead used a metric ruler, hence missed the inch mark? What sort of accident requires throwing a microwave at people? Seriously. And where is dude's head at...a felonious assault would have been fine, it was the killing that was an accident. "Well, I control my temper, so I will just beat her down until I feel better. What the...she stopped breathing? Oh, well, it was an accident." So now what should he do?

Fordyce ran to a neighbor's house for help, but couldn't find anyone there to call 911, police said. After returning home and checking McCann for a pulse and finding none he went downstairs and drank a beer before going to another neighbor's home and asking them to call 911, police said.
Autopsy results were not immediately available

Not real sure what the autopsy is going to show. She didn't really die from being bludgeoned with household appliances and having her head used to wax the floor, in reality she had a well-timed heart attack, so he will only be charged with necrophilia?
And in what world is it a good idea to stop back by the house for a beer when looking for a phone? 5 will get you ten at some point there will be a report drinking was going on PRIOR to his accidental attempt at Olympic Microwave Throwing.
But to be fair, he was completely justified. After all, she refused to heat his sandwiches! I mean, how was he supposed to do it? She had the microwave.
So to sum up, dude whacked woman over who heats up sandwhiches...he is 58, so odds are his remaining years will be as a ward of the state. By show of hands, does any of us think either of them is a huge loss?

He threw a microwave on her chest and "didn't mean to kill her"? And over sandwiches? Lovely.
