The temperature in any state where I am found shall never exceed 70 degrees Fahrenheit, and only reach 70 if a nice, steady breeze is there. It shall never drop below 25 degrees Fahrenheit, and then only to snow for a maximum period of 3 days.

I'm totally down with that. It got to 97 today...tomorrow's going to be "cooler" at 92. Eeesh.
