In my constant search to get more healthy I was trying to choose between a banana and a pop tart for breakfast. On the one hand, bananas are a fruit so they have that going for them. But health is more than just fruits and vegetables...it is all about vitamins and minerals. So I got the poptarts.
You think I am kidding but check out the box. Pop tarts have SEVEN vitamins and minerals. Take that, bananas!
Besides, a banana is 120 calories and a pop tart only 200. And I never warm mine up so I am not really getting the "pop". All I have is a tart. I am pretty sure a couple of those calories are heat activated or something.
