It was a dark and stormy night

When the terror came upon the village, it was a dark and stormy night that...no, wait a second.

Come to think of it, it was not all that dark. In fact, there was a soft, almost dreamlike quality to the light that back lit the luscious, shining hair of the heroine and cast a soft glow upon her face, enhancing her already classic beauty. This backlighting meshed well with the strong fill lights that made it so we were easily able to make out every detail.

When the terror came upon the village, it was a well lit and stormy night that...no, wait a second.

Come to think of it, it was not all that stormy. In fact, it was a rather balmy 72 degrees and a soft breeze brought feelings of refreshment with it. I distinctly remember the way the curtains would stir as that wave of sensation crossed over us at each succeeding breeze.

When the terror came upon the village, it was a well lit and pleasant night that...no, wait a second...the light was coming from the sun, the breeze through the trees that kept the sun overhead from hitting us and was what made the day pleasant. Come to think of it, it was daytime.

When the terror came upon the village, it was a well lit and pleasant day that...wait a second.

We were in an ocean paradise with a pleasant amount of sun, a nice breeze, the company of each other, and a nice cool drink to hand. I am having a hard time placing the terror. I guess I do not really have a story after all.
