This made it on air how?

With my shifting schedule, I often have tv on in the background while doing whatever it is I am doing at any given moment. Sometimes this is bad, such as when I see things like I saw yesterday.

Guy brings a baby into the bedroom and starts to change his diaper. And in a moment of "hilarity"* a stream of the kids pee hits the ceiling. And the wall.  And the lamp. And...well, basically everything. This goes on for essentially the entire commercial.

Wow, how awesome is that? We got an entire commercial based on a baby peeing 10' in every direction. Is that what it has come to?

Thanks, America, for showing us that every time we think we reached the bottom...you can still take it one step lower.

* where "hilarity" is defined as "idiotic, juvenile, repulsive, stupid, banal"

Maybe it was written by the guys that do the geico commercials. Cavemen, geckos and now a pile of dollar bills with eyeballs. Um, yeah, 20something-ad-agency-guy. We're all as stupid as you are.

I like the cavemen commercials...

At least we still have the Burger King and Jack In The Box ads. They seem to do well at avoiding base material.

I just want to say, that if nothing else they get a 10/10 for realism. I can speak from personal, first-hand experience that a little boy can definitely pee that far. However, the only thing that commercial or the real life experience would make me want to buy is more towels.
