I wasn't there, but I suspect the conversation went something like this:

Deputy Sheriff: "Can I help you?"

Kathleen:"Yes, my name is Kathleen Cherry. I came to the jail here to provide a service."

DS: "Did you say you drove here?"

KC:"Yes, why?"

DS: "Well, I think I smell alcohol on your breath."

KC: "Probably. I did have a margarita."

DS: "You, uh...you had a margarita? You are aware that is alcohol, aren't you?"

KC: "I should hope so! That is why I am here...I need to administer a test for drunk driving to one of your prisoners."

DS: "It might be easier than you think because now you, too, are under arrest for drunk driving."
