Are Polish jokes forbidden?

Remember when all the Polish jokes were making the rounds? Now, of course, you can't tell them because they are deemed highly offensive. So I guess I shouldn't tell you about the Polish guy arrested for vandalism. That would be the guy who, when arrested, was putting up a sign saying, and I quote, "Dear Vandals - please stop destroying the bus-stop."
