For a long time the phrase "just sayin'" has been around and has been used sort of tongue-in-cheek to point out the absurdity or obviousness or general futility of their point. Well, hard-training Ironman and oft-time funnyman Al has joined the revolution.
This is a phrase that should join classics such as "would you like a spanking" in the lexicon. People should seek out excuses to use it. Start an argument of such ludicrous nature that you can easily wedge it in.
"Oh, the whole education system is flawed. Why, how can you believe people who can't even correctly count the planets? 9 planets indeed. We all know there are just 8, they can't count to 9 so we can't trust their math, they thought Pluto was a planet so we can't trust their science, and obviously all those history books telling about the discovery of the 9th planet are inaccurate...I am not saying it is untrustworthy, I am just saying..."
See how smoothly it works its little way in there? I think this is a great idea. I mean, it isn't like sane people would not believe the above assertions...Just saying...
