Who threw that?

It is a common scene. You are walking past an apartment, someone throws a cat at you, hits you on the head, it kills the cat, and you want revenge. Of course, who would admit to throwing a cat? I mean, no way did the cat clumsily fall itself...this had to be a deliberate, malicious incident. So if nobody steps up, you will do the only thing you can...and sue everyone in the apartment.

That way, not only do they have to grieve for their dead pet, they also have to pay you money! Woo-hoo!
