So the group was touring the Sahara and they saw a guy in a loin-cloth with a couple cans of paint and an animal in front of him.
"Any questions?" asked the guide.
A hand raised. "Who is that guy and what is he doing?"
"Oh," replied the guide, "That is Tarzan. He is painting white stripes on black zebras and white stripes on white zebras."
The tour continues, they see many wonderful sights and the guy goes home. A few years later he is able to take another tour of the safari. Sure enough he sees a guy in a loin cloth with a couple cans of paint and an animal in front of him.
"Any questions?" asked the guide.
A new member of the tour raised his hand and pointed. "Who is that guy and what is he doing?"
"Oh," replied the guide, "that is Tarzan. He is painting white stripes on black zebras and black stripes on white zebras."
The guy who had seen it before raised his hand.
"I was on this tour about a decade ago and saw the same thing, Tarzan painting white stripes on black zebras and black stripes on white zebras. Is that all he does? i am a little surprised he is still doing it."
"Oh, he will be doing it for a long time," answered the guide. "Don't you know that Tarzan stripes forever?"
(if you say that last line aloud it is much funnier. Still not funny...but funnier.)
Fortunately, that is just a joke. Nobody would EVER put fake zebra stripes on..say...a horse and pass it off as a zebra would they?
