I have said it before, I will say it again; convicting a public official for perjury is a travesty of justice that can no longer be tolerated. It is time for Bush to make a truly courageous political move and pardon Libby. No questions, no equivocations, no excuses. Full, unconditional pardon.
And yes, I am dead serious. The precedent has been set. Perjury by a public official is no crime.
