Rapper Ton Loc famously talked in Funky Cold Medina about his complaint and disappointment when, instead of sex with a beautiful woman, the person he had in bed was...well, let's let Loc tell us "Tina was a man". His shock and disappointment were humorous in the song.

Imagine, however, you were married to someone who was a woman. Things did not work out and you got a divorce but you had to pay alimony. Then your ex-wife had a surgery...and was now a man. Can't imagine why Roach doesn't want to pay her...err...him, any longer....
