Add Keystones

I imagine if the Keystone Cops were still making movies today you could have an entry where they purchased a new, expensive vehicle. It could have everything...surveillance equipment, high-tech communications gear, jimmy-proof locks, immobilizers...in other words, nobody but a Keystone Cop would ever drive it. Unless, of course, they left the doors open, motor running, and key in the ignition. But that would never happen, right? After all, if it did then their theft-proof car might get stolen...
