Yes, you read that correctly. Police hired actors to rob a bank as a training exercise and never informed any of the people to be robbed that it was not, in fact, a real robbery. The problem? Only two people in the entire police department, bank, or customer system knew it was a training exercise. Everyone else thought it was real.
I just don't see how that could go wrong...a security guard shooting an actor, a policeman unaware of the drill using deadly violence. No, it seems like a brilliant plan to me... *sigh* good thing these stooges are protecting us because there are a lot more than three of them.
