5) Make sure the dude doing the operation has a license.
4) Make sure the physician...and being politically correct, dude or dudette is a better appellation I suppose...make sure they are smarter than you prior to the surgery.

2) Make sure you NEED brain surgery
1) Make sure the physician drops by to pick up a Bosch cordless drill just in case he loses electricity but still wants to put a hole in your dome.

This part was the sickest:
Mr Marsh attached medical drill bits to the Bosch but admitted the operation was not comfortable for his patient - saying Ukranians could bear it because they were tough.
