Forming my own religion

Back when I was doing stand-up comedy I had a brief bit I did where I was going to form my own religion for computer geeks, replete with every gaming system known to man. It was a pretty funny joke...or was it? Perhaps it was actually part of my secret plan for world domination.

The thing is, forming a religion is much harder than you think. You have to be original, believable, avoid copyright infringement, have worshippers...well, you get the picture. There are a lot more difficulties with it than you may have previously thought.
