His Mother must be so proud

Sometimes we achieve an achievement so wonderful, so monumental that everyone who knows us even casually is fated to hear about it, usually from our own lips. For example, the kid who won the Little League World Series game for his team when he went over the wall and brought back the sure home run will be telling that story for years to come.

The kid who wins the spelling bee will no doubt recount the moment of hesitation before he correctly ordered the letters in the key word that brought home the championship.

And you know what? A certain amount of pride is justified. These are wonderful accomplishments. Winning an important athletic contest or demonstrating superior intellect mean something. Not as much as being back-to-back World Air-Guitar Champion...but something.

Allow me to point out people from AT LEAST 4 different nations competed in this. How in the world do you determine what is "good" air guitar action from what is bad? Just so you are aware...you are NOT, in fact, actually playing an instrument...you do know that, right?

Wow, not just winning, but going back to back. That is something your descendants will no doubt be proud of.

yeah, there is definitely air involved...not sure if it is in the guitar or the participants and sponsors' heads...

That is so ridiculous! A toss-up with the nose-bottle record, I think.

You wouldn't think it was ridiculous if you saw the air trophy he got!
