There is no excuse for certain cop behaviors

I understand there are some jobs that are emotional, carry great danger, terror, and might lead to additional stress. Take, for instance, a cop on the drug beat. Drug dealers and their thugs are notorious for the levels of violence they rise to when transporting or selling their wares. It is an open question how much of that violence is real and how much is illusionary, fostered by movies such as Bad Boys, Bad Boys II, Tango & Cash and so forth and by television shows such as Miami Vice. Still, the job of drug enforcement agent is stressful.

Still does not justify behaviors such as urinating on luggage and humping the legs of various females.




Even if the agents ARE dogs....

And a question for all the sheep and chicken lovers out there. Is "herding" a euphimism for sex?
