Getting a ticket is a horrible, horrible thing. First, you have the upfront cost of the ticket itself. Second, you have to take the time to go to court to pay it. Third, you have rising insurance.
Or you could just move to Bulgaria where, since there is nobody to collect the money...never has anyone pay the fine. Kind of takes the sting out, eh?
