It isn't so much that he had duffel bags of marijuana in the trunk that was the clue...it wasn't just that this road was already sort of closed because of numerous crashes that let them see the light...no, when they guy doing 70 crashed his marijuana and cocaine packing auto into the parked police car, the real surprise is they arrested him for being under the influence.
