What's in a name? In this case...citizenship.

For all the heat the U.S. catches...sometimes rightfully, sometimes hypocritically (anyone with even the vaguest understanding of Mexican immigration laws and how they treat immigration by their neighbors to the South laughs whenever Mexico complains about the treatment their illegals get in the U.S., for example...), and sometimes wrongfully...they at least are not like Spain....where if you have the wrong name you cannot become a citizen.

That sounds about as competent as Homeland Security.
