Have you ever

So a group of guys are sitting around watching some violent movie. It involves the classic cloak and dagger stuff...or maybe it is a mob-hit. One of them says, "Hey, that sounds like fun...randomly shooting people I have never met or had interaction with before." "Absolutely!"
Nex thing you know, that is what they are doing; they have games where they pretend off each other.

Even sadder...I think that sounds like a surprisingly large amount of fun. Of course, with something like this, it is only inevitable it will eventually all go horribly wrong...kind of like having a great script, then choosing Keanu Reeves to star in it...or having a banana cream pie but no spork...

At this point I thought I was going to see a link to a news article about a Grezik-esque murder. :P This actually does sound kind of fun. This is also what video games are supposed to be about. (I'm aware that this is about nothing related to video games, but I was expecting some sort of "Movies/Music/Video Games made me do it" stupidity.) Doing things that you would never want to/could never do for real. I mean really, who would play "Driving Miss Daisy" The game where you drive your grandmother to the store and help her with her weekly grocery shopping. With real cops who will pull you over and take your food money because you changed lanes without signaling for a full 500 feet before hand.
