Mexico strikes back

The U.S. government has often sent soldiers across the globe to help in disaster relief. Not infrequently that welcome has been overstayed. The dominance of the U.S. on the North American continent...and indeed, in the Western Hemisphere (remember the Monroe Doctrine?) has meant the U.S. military has spent a lot of time across borders not our own.
About time we saw a role reversal. Now, if only we can keep them from sharing their government with us...after all, that is our gimmick.
And despite what I often say, sometimes symbolic acts mean more than it appears on the surface. I agree with the statements on brotherhood and hope that ideal spreads far and wide.
