So teens, in their never-ending search to differentiate themselves from everyone else by using the same words everyone else their age does, have become so difficult to understand that parents need one of those multi-language dictionaries. You know the ones...like the VOX Spanish-English dictionary where you can hear the word uno, turn to it in the Spanish section and learn it means one?
So Lucy van Amerongen wrote one. Which is a good thing. Otherwise, how would I know that "zip" means "yob"?
Because, you know, yob is a word I use every day. Then again, who doesn't?
P.S. Not to be too antwacky, but can a British blighter enlighten a poor bloke as to the lyric explanation for what yob might be in the manner of?
