I would hope Riot Kitty's surprise party goes magnificently and for things to work well for Alan in D.C. That is one of the greatest reasons to move I have ever heard.

2) Post your favorite memory around selflessness, giving, or doing for others. Something that has actually changed you.

I grew up very, very poor. My friend Carl knew that and would habitually buy a box of licorice and a coke, pay for me to go to the carnival, stuff like that. I have tried to respond in kind by making sure others are able to experience things that they could not afford otherwise.




3) As a postscript, name one thing you will actually do for someone in your life before December 31 that is born out of joy.
